Version 1.5. Released June 12, 2006

Changes in this version

Added the ability to change the edgespot orientation on each individual chip. The control that changes this is a knob-like spinner, found in the new "Miscellaneous" tab in the main control panel area.
Added a slight color shift to an edgespot when displayed on a chip with the same color as its body color. This gives a truer representation of a finished chip manufactured under this condition. This feature is currently always on by default, but will be provided as an option in a future release.
All "fantasy" molds and edgespot patterns have been tagged as such, and are displayed differently in the appropriate control panel.
Added new "Crest & Seal" mold, also known as the "blank" mold. The current Chip Forge version takes a 1" inlay. A browser cache flush may be required to see this change.
Arranged UI buttons into functional groups and placed them in slide-out controls.
Added ASM fantasy edgespot patterns: 314A312, 312S, 3U, 4A12S, 514 & 814. Note that the naming of some or all of these patterns may not correspond to manufacturer's actual nomenclature. A browser cache flush may be required to see this change.
Swatches in the color and edgespot pickers now temporarily update the main design chip when the mouse pointer remains over the swatch for a short period of time. The former state of the color/edgespot is restored when the mouse moves off of the swatch.
Added title bar to archive selection dialog box to put the dialog into context. Expanded the number of archive spaces from 8 to 24.
The main Chip Forge application accepts a optional URL parameter the user can specify to automatically load a set of chips from a CFUID. This feature will be expanded to the Gallery modules in a future release.
